Relevant Note Trustee definition

Relevant Note Trustee means The Bank of New York, New York Branch or, if the Bank of New York is removed or retires as the trustee for the Class A-1 Noteholders, any person appointed from time to time in its place in accordance with the Class A-1 Note Trust Deed.

Relevant Note Trustee has the meaning given in Section 16.
