More Definitions of Relinquishment Date
Relinquishment Date means as to any of the Caledonia Group, the CMS Group or the WLG Group, such time as the Caledonia Relinquishment Event, the CMS Relinquishment Event or the WLG Relinquishment Event, as the case may be, shall have occurred.

Relinquishment Date means the earlier of (x) thirty days after written notice from Landlord, which may be given at any time after Landlord signs a lease with another tenant for space in the Premises (and may be given subsequently for Floor 7) or (y) June 30, 2000.
