Remarketing Proceeds Fund definition

Remarketing Proceeds Fund means the Remarketing Proceeds Fund created pursuant to Section 8.2 .
Remarketing Proceeds Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 8.2 of this Indenture.
Remarketing Proceeds Fund means the fund of that name created and established in Section 5.2 hereof to be held by the Tender Agent separate and apart from any funds, accounts or subaccounts under this Resolution and which shall not constitute funds, accounts or subaccounts for purposes of this Resolution.

  • Amounts received from the Remarketing Agent on the Bond Purchase Date pursuant to Section 5.3(d) shall be deposited to the Remarketing Proceeds Fund and shall be used solely to purchase remarketed or deemed remarketed Bonds pursuant to Section 5.3(d).

  • Net Offering Proceeds means all cash or other assets received by General Partner or Borrower as a result of the issuance or sale of common shares of beneficial interest, preferred shares of beneficial interest, partnership interests, preferred partnership units, limited liability company interests, Convertible Securities or other ownership or equity interests in General Partner or Borrower less customary costs and discounts of issuance paid by General Partner or Borrower, as the case may be.

  • Financing Proceeds means the net proceeds from any loan secured by all or any portion of the Partnership's real property (including any refinancing) that remain after the repayment of any indebtedness of the Partnership secured by all or a portion of such real property with such proceeds and all costs related to such loan.

  • Remarketing Period means the three Business Day period either (i) beginning on the Remarketing Date and ending after the two immediately following Business Days; (ii) immediately preceding October 1, 2004; or (iii) immediately preceding November 16, 2004.
