Remediation Contractor definition

Remediation Contractor means any person who enters into and is carrying out a contract to cleanup, remediate, respond to or remove a release or threatened release of a contaminant and includes any person who the contractor retained or hired to provide services under a remediation contract;
Remediation Contractor means a person that meets the criteria specified by the Committee for carrying out remediation;
Remediation Contractor means a third party hired to Remediate or Re-plumb systems that contain Fl 807 Fittings pursuant to this Agreement.

  • As set forth in the Section C, Statement of Work section entitled, Interface Management, the Mission Support Contractor (MSC) shall develop, in conjunction with the Tank Operations Contractor (TOC) and Plateau Remediation Contractor (PRC), the Hanford Site Interface Management Plan.

  • Remediation means any response, remedial, removal, or corrective action, any activity to cleanup, detoxify, decontaminate, contain or otherwise remediate any Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or USTs, any actions to prevent, cure or mitigate any Release, any action to comply with any Environmental Laws or with any permits issued pursuant thereto, any inspection, investigation, study, monitoring, assessment, audit, sampling and testing, laboratory or other analysis, or any evaluation relating to any Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or USTs.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
