Remediation Contractor shall be mobilized per the Contract and install fans and de-humidifying equipment into all areas of the space that were affected by the water to start the extraction and drying process.
It is understood and agreed that the Construction Manager shall have no right to direct the means or methods of performance of any Environmental Engineer or Remediation Contractor.

Once all Class Panels that are to be replaced have been recovered, the Approved Remediation Contractor shall complete the relief provided in the Notice of Claims Decision.
As set forth in the Section C, Statement of Work section entitled, Interface Management, the Mission Support Contractor (MSC) shall develop, in conjunction with the Tank Operations Contractor (TOC) and Plateau Remediation Contractor (PRC), the Hanford Site Interface Management Plan.
