For each Renewal Maintenance Term you shall be required to pay such Maintenance fee for the aggregate number of Software licenses purchased by you.
During the Term, Initial Maintenance Term or a Renewal Maintenance Term, TOMIA may increase recurring fees for a Software Component or for Services to reflect increased functionality, or may increase the hourly rates for Professional Services, upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to Customer; provided, however, that any such increase shall occur no more than once per 12-month period and shall be no more than ten (10) percent over the previous 12-month period.
