Renewal Maintenance Term definition

Renewal Maintenance Term means each period the Maintenance Term is renewed or extended as provided herein or in the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise set forth in the Purchase Order or agreed to by the Parties, each Renewal Maintenance Term shall be one (1) year and shall commence upon each anniversary of the commencement date of the Initial Maintenance Term.

  • For each Renewal Maintenance Term you shall be required to pay such Maintenance fee for the aggregate number of Software licenses purchased by you.

Related to Renewal Maintenance Term

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
