Rent Payment Period definition

Rent Payment Period means, as to each Site, the taxable period set forth in Exhibit A.
Rent Payment Period with respect to the Facility Lease, shall mean (i) in the case of the first Rent Payment Period the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on January 18, 2002 (ii) in the case of the second Rent Payment Period, the period commencing on January 19, 2002 and ending on May 30, 2002 and (iii) in all cases thereafter (except for the last Rent Payment Period which period shall commence on May 31, 2037 and end on, and include, October 18, 2001), each six-month period commencing on each Rent Payment Date through and including the following May 30 or November 30 as the case may be.
Rent Payment Period means each period beginning on the day after a Basic Rent Payment Date through and including the day of the immediately succeeding Basic Rent Payment Date, except that the first Rent Payment Period shall begin on the Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Rent Payment Period

Rent Payment Period means in the case of the first Rent Payment Period the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on October 2, 2000, followed by the Rent Payment Period commencing on October 2, 2000 and ending January 2, 2001 and thereafter, each six-month period (i) commencing, on each Rent Payment Date through and including the Expiration Date, and (ii) ending on but excluding the following January 2 or July 2, as the case may be; provided that the last Rent Payment Period shall end on, and include, the expiration date of the Facility Lease Term.
Rent Payment Period means each of the periods set forth on Schedule 1-2 to the Facility Lease.
Rent Payment Period means each period identified under the column heading "Rent Payment Period" on Schedule 2-A of the Facility Lease.
Rent Payment Period means, as to each Site, the taxable period set forth in Exhibit C to the MPL.
