Repaired Product definition

Repaired Product means a Product on which a Repair has been completed by Flextronics or third parties managed by Flextronics.

Examples of Repaired Product in a sentence

  • Upon notification to Flextronics of the Epidemic Condition, Nortel Networks shall have the right, pending correction of the Epidemic Condition as provided herein, to postpone further shipments of such Repaired Product evidencing the Epidemic Condition, by giving notice of such postponement to Flextronics.

  • Repaired Product or genuine Nokia accessory will be warranted with a new warranty period conforming with the original warranty period as defined above in this Article.

  • Such warranty redemption for Repaired Product shall be the [*] of the above period for the original Product or [*] after the Buyer's receipt of the Repaired Product.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.
