Replacement Goods and/or Services definition

Replacement Goods and/or Services means any goods and/or services which are substantially similar to any of the Goods and/or Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Goods and/or Services following the expiry or termination of this Call Off Contract, whether those goods and/or services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;
