Reporting Documents definition

Reporting Documents means the reporting documents for a financial year as referred to in section 357(2) of the Ordinance;

Reporting Documents means the “reporting documents” as defined under the Companies Ordinance;

More Definitions of Reporting Documents

Reporting Documents means the documents set out in section 357(2) of the Ordinance;

Reporting Documents shall also refer to the completed Reporting Documents returned to the Authority by the Supplier. At the date of this Framework Agreement, the Reporting Documents Dates are set out at Schedule 15.
