Reporting Right definition

Reporting Right means the right to report ownership of Environmental Attributes (including RECs) in compliance with federal or state law, if applicable, and to a federal or state agency or any other party, and include Green Tag Reporting Rights accruing under Section l 605(b) of The Energy Policy Act of 1992 and any present or future federal, state, or local law, regulation or xxxx, and international or foreign emissions trading program.
