Examples of Request for Line Sharing in a sentence

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay SingTel the application fee specified in Schedule 9 for the costs incurred by SingTel in processing the Request regardless of whether the Request for Line Sharing is successful or not.

  • Where SingTel rejects the Request for Line Sharing, SingTel shall provide reasons explaining the basis for rejection.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Notice of Conversion or Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a).

  • Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit D, together with the standard form of application for letter of credit used by the applicable Issuing Bank, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be provided therein.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Borrowing of Loans, (b) a conversion of Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, in each case pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Revolving Loans as the same Type, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Committed Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.

  • Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Term SOFR Advance means an Advance that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR.

  • Notice of Swingline Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Notice of Loan Prepayment means a notice of prepayment with respect to a Loan, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit O or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer.

  • Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.

  • Notice of Continuation means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.8. evidencing the Borrower’s request for the Continuation of a LIBOR Loan.

  • Notice of Conversion/Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.06.

  • Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
