Required Document definition

Required Document means a request for payment in the form set out in Appendix A hereto completed in a manner consistent with the requirements of this letter of credit and signed on behalf of the Beneficiary.

Examples of Required Document in a sentence

  • In instances where a Required Document is not accessible or is clearly unidentifiable or illegible, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall request that the Sponsor provide an updated copy of such Required Document.

  • If Contractor refuses to provide any Required Document or corrected, updated, or effective version thereof, FCSS shall have the right to withhold payment of any or all of the Contract Amount until such time that FCSS receives the Required Document from Contractor.

More Definitions of Required Document

Required Document means: (i) in respect of personal leave for illness or injury, a medical certificate or, if it is not reasonably practicable for an employee to provide a medical certificate, a statutory declaration or other evidence required by the employer that would satisfy a reasonable person; (ii) in respect of xxxxx’s leave, a medical certificate or a statutory declaration or other evidence required by the employer that would satisfy a reasonable person.
