Required Manuals means the manuals, instructions and training aids, whether created by Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier, reasonably necessary for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance and shut down of the Facility as set forth on Exhibit 7.

Required Manuals means operation and maintenance manuals which are reasonably necessary to safely and efficiently operate, maintain and shut down the Project, as set forth on Exhibit B.

Required Manuals means all operating data and manuals, spare parts manuals, integrated and coordinated operation and maintenance manuals and instructions, and training aids necessary to safely, effectively and efficiently commission, start-up, test, operate, maintain, repair and shut down the Facility (including those manuals identified in Exhibits A-1-1 and A-1-2). Required Manuals shall be consistent with Prudent Industry Practice and applicable Law.

• The License granted to Owner pursuant to this Section 32.2 is granted only to the extent of Contract Intellectual Property that is included in the PV Power Plant, the Project, the Work or the Contractor Deliverables, including the Required Manuals.

• All correspondence, notices, certificates, Documentation, including test reports and Required Manuals, shall be entirely in the English language.

• Contractor shall supply Owner and Operator with all of the Required Manuals (in both hard copy and electronic format, at no additional cost to Owner) which provide, either in a single manual or handbook or collectively, complete operating and maintenance instructions for each major piece of Equipment and system of the Plant.

• Each of the design criteria, system descriptions, Required Manuals, Drawings and Specifications, design calculations, quality assurance reports and all other material documents relating to the Power Plant identified in the Statement of Work in accordance with Exhibit “A”.
