Required Manuals definition

Required Manuals means the manuals (including any Spare Parts manuals), instructions and training aids, whether created by Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier, reasonably necessary for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, curtailment, start-up and shut down of the Facility and Facility Equipment as reasonably determined by Owner or Operator, including those identified in Exhibit 7.
Required Manuals means operation and maintenance manuals which are reasonably necessary to safely and efficiently operate, maintain and shut down the Project, as set forth on Exhibit B.
Required Manuals means the manuals, instructions and training aids, whether created by Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier, reasonably necessary for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance and shut down of the Facility as set forth on Exhibit 7.

Examples of Required Manuals in a sentence

  • Contractor shall prepare and deliver to Owner the Required Manuals in accordance with the Scope of Work.

  • Contractor shall supply Owner and Operator with all of the Required Manuals (in both hard copy and electronic format, at no additional cost to Owner) which provide, either in a single manual or handbook or collectively, complete operating and maintenance instructions for each major piece of Equipment and system of the Plant.


More Definitions of Required Manuals

Required Manuals means the manuals, instructions and training aids, whether created by Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier, which are set forth in the Contractor Deliverables Table.
Required Manuals means operation and maintenance manuals which are reasonably necessary to safely and efficiently operate, maintain and shut down the Project, as set forth on Exhibit B. Portions of this Exhibit, indicated by the xxxx “[***],” were omitted and have been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Registrant’s application requesting confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Related to Required Manuals

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Operating Manual means Exhibit A of the Conditions.

  • Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Client Money Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Money) Rules (Chapter 571I of the Laws of Hong Kong) made by the SFC under section 149 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance as amended from time to time;
