Research Payments definition

Research Payments mean the regular payments described in Paragraph 2.4(b) as increased and pursuant to Paragraph 2.4(c) and 2.8, but will not include the Excess Research Costs.
Research Payments means each, any, and all of the Annual Research Payments.
Research Payments is defined in Section 7.1.
