Reseller Order Form definition

Reseller Order Form means a duly signed ordering document between a reseller and Customer that references this Agreement and the Service being provided by Provider pursuant to this Agreement and pricing and payment terms determined by the reseller. For clarity, Provider is not a party to the Reseller Order Form.
Reseller Order Form means a (i) Druva order form signed by Reseller or (ii) purchase order of Reseller (provided that the Reseller has a signed reseller agreement in place with Druva) that references the corresponding order form number (and which purchase order shall exclude any pre-printed or linked terms and conditions set forth in such written document that are in addition to, inconsistent or in conflict with, or different than, this Agreement), reflecting Customer’s purchase of the Cloud Services.
Reseller Order Form means the order form the Reseller submits to WSO2 pursuant to Section 6.1 and a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A -2.

Examples of Reseller Order Form in a sentence

  • Customer may install and use the Cloud Services on any of Customer’s compatible endpoint devices up to the maximum number of permitted Authorized Users and storage limit per Authorized User set forth in the Reseller Order Form or Druva Order Form, as applicable.

  • All notices shall be sent to the parties at their respective address on the Reseller Order Form or Druva Order Form, as applicable, or to such email address or address as subsequently modified by written notice given in accordance with this section.

  • The term of each subscription is set forth in the Reseller Order Form or Druva Order Form, as applicable.

More Definitions of Reseller Order Form

Reseller Order Form means the Reseller order form, invoice or other order documentation pursuant to which End User purchases a license to the Reseller Product (which includes, by definition, the Software).
Reseller Order Form means a duly signed ordering document between Reseller and Customer that references this Agreement and the Service being provided by Snowflake pursuant to this Agreement and pricing and payment terms determined by Reseller. For clarity, Snowflake is not a party to the Reseller Order Form.
Reseller Order Form means the Quote or Order Form (as applicable) that (a) has been signed by Customer and a reseller who has been authorized by Hudl or its Affiliates to resell the Products, and (b) references this Agreement.
Reseller Order Form means the order form issued by the Reseller and executed by Customer and the Reseller under the Reseller Agreement specifying the Services Google will provide to Customer under the Services Schedule.
Reseller Order Form means the ordering document signed by Braze and Reseller for Reseller’s purchase of Braze Services to be sold to Customer, that is submitted by Reseller to Braze in accordance with this Agreement.
Reseller Order Form means the Reseller Order Form executed by the Customer which specifies an order for Brightcove’s services.

Related to Reseller Order Form

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
