Resettlement Guidelines definition

Resettlement Guidelines means the resettlement policy framework, to be approved by each Project Province, described in Aceh SK No. 1/98 dated January 27, 1998, North Sumatra SK No. 593/1106/BPN/V/1998 dated January 23, 1998, West Sumatra SK No. 1/98 dated January 20, 1998, and Riau SK No. 394/SK/98 dated January 22, 1998, establishing procedural and institutional aspects pertaining to land acquisition and the resettlement, rehabilitation and compensation of PAPs under the Project, as such Resettlement Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;
Resettlement Guidelines means the framework described in the Surat Keputusan and the related Juklak of each Participating Local Government, establishing procedural and institutional aspects pertaining to land acquisition and the resettlement, rehabilitation and compensation of PAPs under the Project, as such Resettlement Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;
Resettlement Guidelines means the framework describing procedural and institutional aspects pertaining to land acquisition and the resettlement, rehabilitation and compensation of Project Affected Persons under the Project, approved by: (i) the Provincial Governor of North Sulawesi pursuant to SK Gub No. 266-a/96, dated August 22, 1996; (ii) the Provincial Governor of Central Sulawesi pursuant to SK Gub No. 05/96, dated April 16, 1996; (iii) the Provincial Governor of South-East Sulawesi pursuant to SK Gub No. 387/96, dated September 10, 1996; and (iv) the Provincial Governor of South Sulawesi pursuant to SK Gub No. 430/96, dated August 22, 1996, as such Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agree- ment with the Bank;

Resettlement Guidelines means the framework approved by the Provincial Governor of East Java pursuant to SK Gub No. 44/96 dated April 16, 1996, describing procedural and institutional aspects pertaining to land acquisition and the resettlement, rehabilitation and compensation of PAPs under the Project, as such Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;
Resettlement Guidelines means the framework approved by the Provincial Governor of Bali pursuant to SK Gub. No. 3/97 dated January 14, 1997, and other operational regulations describing procedural and institutional aspects, pertaining to land acquisition and the resettlement and compensation of PAPs under the Project, as such Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).

  • Valuation Guidelines means the valuation guidelines adopted by the Board, as amended from time to time.

  • Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.

  • Fixed guideway means a public transit facility that uses and occupies:

  • Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;

  • Treasury guidelines means any guidelines on supply chain management issued by the Minister in terms of section 168 of the Act;

  • Local Exchange Routing Guide or "LERG" means a Telcordia Technologies Reference Document used by LECs and IXCs to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network Element and equipment designations. "Local Interconnection Service (LIS) Entrance Facility" is a DS1 or DS3 facility that extends from CLEC's Switch location or Point of Interconnection (POI) to the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. An Entrance Facility may not extend beyond the area served by the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. "Local Interconnection Service (LIS)" is the CenturyLink product name for its provision of Interconnection as described in Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Credit Guidelines means the policies of Credit Acceptance, relating to the extension of credit to automobile, light-duty truck, minivan and/or sport utility dealers and consumers in respect of retail installment contracts for the sale of automobiles, light-duty trucks, minivans and/or sport utility vehicles including the policies for determining creditworthiness of such dealers and consumers and otherwise relating to the extension of credit to dealers and consumers and the maintenance of installment sale contracts, as in effect on the Cut-off Date and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Basic Documents or in accordance with Applicable Law, attached hereto as Exhibit H.

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Resettlement Framework or “RF” means the resettlement framework for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.

  • Effluent limitation guideline means a regulation published by the Administration under Section 304(b) of the CWA to adopt or revise effluent limitations.

  • ISDA Benchmarks Supplement means the Benchmarks Supplement (as amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of the relevant Series (as specified in the relevant Final Terms)) published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc;

  • ECB €STR Guideline means Guideline (EU) 2019/1265 of the European Central Bank of 10 July 2019 on the euro short-term rate (€STR) (ECB/2019/19), as amended from time to time;

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;

  • Resettlement means the impact of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, which taking causes affected persons to have their: (i) standard of living adversely affected; or (ii) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (iii) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (iv) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Consultant Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October 2006.
