Residence Unit definition

Residence Unit means living accommodation in a private academic accommodation, and which comprise of a dwelling unit or one or more bedroom accommodations, and which contain kitchen and sanitary facilities as well as common areas.
Residence Unit means any single family home constructed on any part of the Real Estate.
Residence Unit means one or more rooms arranged for the use of one or more individuals living together with living and sleeping facilities, and includes a dwelling unit and a rooming unit;

Examples of Residence Unit in a sentence

  • Building Contents The contents listed on the Inventory as being provided by the Landlord at the Building and which are not within a Residence Unit.

More Definitions of Residence Unit

Residence Unit means living accommodation comprising bedroom accommodations, as well as common areas and sanitary facilities. A residence unit may also include kitchen facilities.
