Residency Documents definition

Residency Documents means proof of New York City residency, such as a current utility bill or official mail from a federal, state, or city agency addressed to the Participant, or the Participant’s parent or guardian if Participant is aged 17 or younger, Participant’s official school transcript or a recent report card with address, a NYS driver/non-driver license, or a current lease.
