Resort Amenities definition

Resort Amenities means (i) the facilities at the Resort (such as exercise facilities, restaurants, lounge areas, spa facilities and/or swimming pool facilities, but excluding all lodging rooms and suites) as are from time to time made available by Resort Owner for the use by Resort Guests, (ii) charging privileges for goods, food, beverages and services at such facilities as further set forth in Section 7 below; and (iii) such other services associated with the use of such facilities that are from time to time made available by Resort Owner to Residence Owners. The Resort Amenities may from time- to-time be changed by Resort Owner, in their sole discretion. Resort Owner will maintain a list of the then current Resort Amenities in the office of the Residential Manager which will be available for review by Residence Owners during the normal business hours of the Residential Manager. A list of the Resort Amenities as of the Effective Date is included in Exhibit A attached hereto. The list is subject to change from time-to-time.

Examples of Resort Amenities in a sentence

Related to Resort Amenities

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Amenity means roads, streets, open spaces, parks recreational grounds, play grounds, gardens, water supply, electric supply, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, public works and other utilities, services and conveniences.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

  • Water user means a person, corporation, or other entity having a right to divert water from the Bear River for beneficial use;

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
