Resort Amenities definition

Resort Amenities means (i) the facilities at the Resort (such as exercise facilities, restaurants, lounge areas, spa facilities and/or swimming pool facilities, but excluding all lodging rooms and suites) as are from time to time made available by Resort Owner for the use by Resort Guests, (ii) charging privileges for goods, food, beverages and services at such facilities as further set forth in Section 7 below; and (iii) such other services associated with the use of such facilities that are from time to time made available by Resort Owner to Residence Owners. The Resort Amenities may from time- to-time be changed by Resort Owner, in their sole discretion. Resort Owner will maintain a list of the then current Resort Amenities in the office of the Residential Manager which will be available for review by Residence Owners during the normal business hours of the Residential Manager. A list of the Resort Amenities as of the Effective Date is included in Exhibit A attached hereto. The list is subject to change from time-to-time.

Examples of Resort Amenities in a sentence

  • The Resort Amenities segment manages the operations of the Kapalua Club, a private non-equity club program that provides its members special programs, access, and other privileges at certain amenities at the Kapalua Resort.

  • It operates through Real Estate, Leasing, and Resort Amenities segments.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit the rights of Resort Owner to make the Resort Amenities available for use by other persons or entities, including without limitation Resort Guests and the general public.

  • The Commercial Units and the Resort Amenities may be used for any commercial purpose permitted by zoning and other applicable laws, the Declaration, the Bylaws and the Master Declaration, including, but not limited to, restaurants, health clubs, administrative offices, concierge services, storage, sales and marketing offices, and activity desks or offices; provided that such use is consistent with the First Class Standard.

  • There it states that the Resort Amenities and Services include fire protection including a fire hall “until fire protection services are provided to the resort by a governmental authority or body or any other person”.• That language precludes the ability to use the Resort Amenity Charge once the fire service is established.

  • Resort Owner shall have the right to from time to time, in its sole discretion, alter or modify all or any of the Resort Amenities, change the permitted use of all or any of the Resort Amenities and/or cease the operation of and/or discontinue making available all or any of the Resort Amenities.

Related to Resort Amenities

  • Amenities “Amenities” are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are-

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation facilities and Burswood Casino to be constructed on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2;

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Amenity means roads, streets, open spaces, parks recreational grounds, play grounds, gardens, water supply, electric supply, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, public works and other utilities, services and conveniences.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

  • Water user means a person, corporation, or other entity having a right to divert water from the Bear River for beneficial use;

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
