Resort Amenities definition

Resort Amenities means (i) the facilities at the Resort (such as exercise facilities, restaurants, lounge areas, spa facilities and/or swimming pool facilities, but excluding all lodging rooms and suites) as are from time to time made available by Resort Owner for the use by Resort Guests, (ii) charging privileges for goods, food, beverages and services at such facilities as further set forth in Section 7 below; and (iii) such other services associated with the use of such facilities that are from time to time made available by Resort Owner to Residence Owners. The Resort Amenities may from time- to-time be changed by Resort Owner, in their sole discretion. Resort Owner will maintain a list of the then current Resort Amenities in the office of the Residential Manager which will be available for review by Residence Owners during the normal business hours of the Residential Manager. A list of the Resort Amenities as of the Effective Date is included in Exhibit A attached hereto. The list is subject to change from time-to-time.

Examples of Resort Amenities in a sentence

  • Resort Owner shall be responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of the Resort Amenities, and agrees to maintain the Resort Amenities in a condition suitable for a luxury resort.

  • This Agreement, the Amenities, Services and Fees Schedule as in effect from time to time, and the Resort Rules, Regulations and Policies are together the entire agreement among the Parties (and each of them) relating to the access to and use of the Resort Amenities by Residence Owner and his/her/their family members, guests and tenants.

  • Each Residence Owner hereby assumes all risks of an accident, injury and/or property damage arising out of the use of the Resort (including without limitation the Resort Amenities) by Residence Owner (and their family members, guests and tenants) except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Resort Owner and/or Resort Operator.

  • Resort Owner hereby grants to Residence Owner (and Authorized Immediate Family Members, Authorized Guests and Authorized Long-Term Tenants) the non- exclusive right for so long as this Agreement remains in effect, to use the Resort Shared Areas for pedestrian access to and from the Resort Amenities.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit the rights of Resort Owner to make the Resort Amenities available for use by other persons or entities, including without limitation Resort Guests and the general public.

  • Resort Owner may, from time to time and in its sole discretion, establish Guest Fees for the use by Authorized Guests of any or all of the Resort Amenities.

  • To the extent there is cost savings in the construction any of the Preview Center Component, Rooms Component, New Resort Amenities Component, such savings may be reallocated to fund any cost overruns in the construction of the other components, upon written notice to Administrative Agent.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit the interest of Resort Owner in the Resort and the Resort Amenities.

  • Resort Owner shall have the right to from time to time, in its sole discretion, alter or modify all or any of the Resort Amenities, change the permitted use of all or any of the Resort Amenities and/or cease the operation of and/or discontinue making available all or any of the Resort Amenities.

  • The right of any Authorized Guest to use any of the Resort Amenities may be conditioned upon the payment of such fees prior to such use.
