Resort Lot definition

Resort Lot means, collectively:

Examples of Resort Lot in a sentence

  • The executive of the Resort Lot Section must have at least 3 and not more than 7 members.

  • Assessed both Common and Commercial fees, accommodations in this category are zoned for Tourist Accommodation and are used for commercial purposes - i.e. the property is available for nightly/short-term rental as Tourist Accommodation for more than 14 nights cumulatively in a calendar year, or is located within the designated ‘Town Centre’ (see definition of Town Centre* below).Both Common and Commercial fees apply to properties classified as a Lodging Resort Lot.

  • However, if the unit is available for rent to the public for 14 nights or less cumulatively in a calendar year, the Member can submit a Use Declaration Form (See UDF* details below) declaring non-commercial use and upon approval will be assessed as a Residential Resort Lot.

  • The Notice of the Forty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (“49th AGM”) of HIL Industries Berhad which will be held at Bukit Kemuning Golf & Country Resort, Lot 6031, Batu 7, Bukit Kemuning, 42450 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan on 20th June 2019, at 10.00 a.m., together with the Form of Proxy are set out in HIB’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st December 2018 despatched together with this document of the Company.

Related to Resort Lot

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation facilities and Burswood Casino to be constructed on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2;

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.
