Restricted Material definition

Restricted Material means any of the following:

Restricted Material means an article that a reasonable adult, by reason of the nature of the article, or the nature or extent of references in the article, to matters of sex, drug misuse or addiction, crime, cruelty, violence or revolting or abhorrent phenomena, would regard as unsuitable for a minor to see, read or hear.

• In the event that such protective order or other remedy is not obtained, or that the Company grants a waiver hereunder, you may furnish that portion (and only that portion) of the Restricted Material which you are legally compelled to disclose and will exercise your reasonable best efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded any Restricted Material so furnished.

• In addition, Restricted Material includes materials that promote or advocate the use of alcohol and tobacco, hate and discrimination, satanic and cult group membership, school cheating, and weapons.
