Revenue of the System means all the earnings, revenues, and money received by the County from or on account of the operations of the Sewer System and the income from the investment of money in the Water Quality Operating Account (the “Revenue Fund”) or any account within such fund, but does not include any money collected pursuant to the Service Agreements applicable to administrative costs of the County other than costs of administration of the Sewer System. For certain purposes described in the Bond Ordinance, as summarized in Appendix A, deposits from the Rate Stabilization Fund into the Revenue Fund may be included in calculations of “Revenue of the System.”

Revenue of the System means all the earnings, revenues and money received by the county from or on account of the operations of the Sewer System and the income from the investment of money in the Revenue Fund or any account within such fund, but shall not include any money collected pursuant to the Service Agreements applicable to administrative costs of the county other than costs of administration of the System. “Rule” means the Commission’s Rule 15c2-12 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Revenue of the System in a sentence

• All money received for loss of use and occupancy shall be considered Revenue of the System payable into the separate funds and accounts named in Section 4 of this Resolution.

• The City will not create any special fund or funds for the payment of the principal of and interest on any other revenue bonds which will have any priority over or which will rank on a parity with the payments required by the Parity Bond Authorizing Ordinances to be made out of the Revenue of the System and ULID Assessments, nor will it issue Parity Bonds except as permitted pursuant to the Parity Conditions and Section 14 of this ordinance.

• The actual data concerning the actual Required Revenue and the actual Revenue of the System Operator for the reference year of paragraph 3, in order to secure that no under- or over-recovery of Required Revenue occurs.

• The University does hereby pledge and bind itself to set aside from such Gross Revenue of the System, and to pay into said Series 2015 Bond Fund [and the Series 2015 Reserve Account created therein] the various amounts required by the Bond Resolution to be paid into and maintained in said Fund [and Account], all within the times provided by said Bond Resolution.

• Money in the Coverage Stabilization Account may be withdrawn at any time and used for the purpose for which the Revenue of the System may be used.

• The Council hereby finds and declares that in fixing the amounts to be paid into the Revenue Bond Fund out of the Revenue of the System, it has exercised due regard for the Costs of Maintenance and Operation and has not obligated the City to set aside and pay into such Fund a greater amount of such Revenue than in its judgment will be available over and above the Costs of Maintenance and Operation.

• As explained in the box, Arizona instigated system-wide changes by focusing resources on programs that work in communities that most need help.

• The City will not expend any of the revenues derived by it from the operation of the System or the proceeds of any indebtedness payable from the Revenue of the System for any extensions, betterments or improvements to the System that are not legally required or economically sound, and that will not properly and advantageously contribute to the conduct of the business of the System in an efficient manner.

• Revenue of the System shall also include any federal or state reimbursements of operating expenses to the extent such expenses are included as Costs of Maintenance and Operation; provided, however, that Revenue of the System shall not include ULID Assessments.

• The University does hereby pledge and bind itself to set aside from such Gross Revenue of the System, and to pay into said Bond Fund [and the Common Reserve Fund created therein] the various amounts required by the Bond Resolution to be paid into and maintained in said Fund[s], all within the times provided by said Bond Resolution.

Revenue of the System means all earnings, revenue and money received by the City from or on account of the operation of the System, except Assessment Income, and including the income from investments of money in the Revenue Fund, the Note Account and any other bond fund or from any other investment thereof except the income from investments irrevocably pledged to the payment of any sewer revenue bonds pursuant to a plan of retirement or refunding. The words “Revenue of the System” shall also include any federal or state reimbursements of operating expenses to the extent such expenses are included as Costs of Maintenance and Operation of the System.

Revenue of the System means all lawfully available gross income and other amounts received by or on behalf of the Authority as revenues of any kind from the ownership or operation of any part of the System, including all rates, fees and charges received by the Authority, and all proceeds of insurance or grants covering business interruption loss (and related losses and expenses) relating to the System, and all other income and revenue howsoever derived by the Authority from the ownership or operation of, or arising from, the System, together with all interest, profits or other income derived from the investment of amounts in the Solid Waste Operations Fund, to be deposited to the Solid Waste Operations Fund in accordance with 10 GCA § 51A833.
