Revised Redemption Amount means in respect of a Security of the Specified Denomination, a pro rata proportion of the amount determined by the Calculation Agent prior to the Revised Maturity Date in accordance with the following formula (subject to a minimum of zero): [Principal Amount x Min (100%; Final Price)] – Costs Where:
Revised Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Security of the Specified Denomination and notwithstanding the applicable Settlement Method, an amount equal to the product of the related Nominal Amount and Final Price less the related amounts payable in connection with an Underlying Hedge Transaction, breakage costs and any costs of terminating or re- establishing any related funding arrangements (but provided that such amount is subject to a minimum of zero), as determined by the Calculation Agent.
