Other Amenities. If you are using the park beyond normal use, approval must be obtained.
Other Amenities. (i) Landlord agrees that it shall, commencing on the Commencement Date, lease suitable space in the Retail Area of the Building reasonably selected by Landlord for use by one or more third party vendors for purposes of providing on-site food service serving breakfast and lunch foods at the Building comparable to the food service that is provided on the Effective Date by Cafe 200, and in all events of a quality consistent with that provided at other Class A office buildings in downtown Chicago (the cost of which on-site food service shall be borne by the individuals who actually use such food service) (“On-Site Food Service”), and Landlord shall thereafter use reasonable efforts to continue to lease suitable space in the Retail Area of the Building reasonably selected by Landlord for such On-Site Food Service operations at all times thereafter during the Term. Landlord shall require, in its agreement with any such third party vendors, that such On-Site Food Service shall be available at all times during the Term on weekdays (other than Holidays), from 7:00 a.m. through at least 3:00 p.m., and Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enforce such requirements. The identity, nature and extent of the On-Site Food Service shall be subject to Tenant’s written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld. If the On-Site Food Service is not initially open and operating as of the Commencement Date, then Tenant shall be entitled to a daily payment from Landlord equal to the lesser of (A) $20,000, or (B) the sum of (a) the actual daily costs incurred by Tenant in providing alternative catering/food service to its conference room facilities in the Building and (b) $10,000, which lesser of the amounts described in (A) or (B) shall be paid for each day such On-Site Food Service is not so open and operating at the Building following the Commencement Date and continuing through the date that the same is initially open and operating at the Building. (ii) Landlord agrees that, prior to October 1, 2010, Landlord shall lease suitable space in or immediately adjacent to the Main Lobby reasonably selected by Landlord for use by one or more third party vendors for purposes of operating a sundries shop at the Building of a quality comparable to sundries shops located at other Class A office buildings in downtown Chicago (“Sundries Shop Service”), and Landlord shall thereafter use reasonable efforts to continue to lease suitable space in or immediately adjacent to the Ma...
Other Amenities. Landlord intends to use commercially reasonable efforts to attract other tenants to the Project to provide services or facilities for the enjoyment and benefit of tenants of the Project, including, without limitation, an exercise facility, a preparatory preschool / early childhood development facility, one or more exhibition halls, and a rooftop arcade. As of the date of this lease, Landlord has entered into a lease with The Suzuki Learning Center at Xxxxx City Market, LLC, dated March 7, 2013, for use of a portion of the Retail Market as a preparatory preschool / early childhood development facility, which the parties anticipate to be open for business on or about September, 2014.
Other Amenities. All other amenities listed in Exhibit B, as may be amended from time to time upon mutual consent of the parties, except any amenity listed in Exhibit B as “DOT Standard” shall be repaired as needed within a reasonable time.

Other AmenitiesDuring the Term, Tenant shall have forty (40) free memberships in Club 2000, the Building's on-site health and fitness facility. Tenant shall have the right to buy additional memberships at the rate of $10.00 each annually. Tenant will have use of second floor reception area and reception desk as often as needed. Tenant shall also have the right to use the cafeteria in common with other tenants.
Other Amenities. 11.1 Marine Drive covenants and agrees to deliver to the District payment of a cash contribution in an amount of $11,336,000.00, plus interest under section 11.1(b)(ii), for deposit to a District reserve fund to be used for amenity projects determined by the District’s Council which may include but are not limited to additional public parking in the Ambleside area, arts, culture, recreation or other civic facilities, streetscape enhancement, foreshore restoration or other works, land acquisition for the purposes of public enjoyment or improved public space or other priorities identified by the District’s Council from time to time, to be paid to the District by delivery of the following: (a) on the closing date of the purchase by Marine Drive of the District’s Lands in Phase 1: (i) a bank draft in the amount of $5,668,000.00, and (ii) a clean unconditional, irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $5,668,000.00 as security for the payment under section 11.1(b), and (b) on or before March 31, 2017, (i) a bank draft in the amount of $5,668,000.00, and (ii) interest at the rate of 0.25% above the prevailing Municipal Finance Authority rate calculated from the closing date of the purchase by Marine Drive of the District’s Lands in Phase 1 to the date of delivery of this bank draft, on receipt of such bank draft and interest the District will release the letter of credit referred to in paragraph (a). 11.2 Without limiting section 11.1, Marine Drive shall deliver a clean unconditional irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $250,000.00, on the closing date of the purchase by Marine Drive of the District’s Lands in Phase 1, as security for the completion by Marine Drive of the construction and installation of the works and services reasonably required by the District on, under and above the westernmost half of 00xx Xxxxxx beyond the centre line, between Marine Drive and Bellevue Avenue. 11.3 The Letters of Credit referred to in paragraph 11.1(a) and section 11.2 shall be issued in a form, and by a bank, satisfactory to the District. Partial draws shall be permitted. If the Letter of Credit provided under section 11.1(a) or section 11.2 (or any replacement or substitute therefor) will expire prior to April 1, 2017, then Marine Drive shall deliver to the District, at least 30 days prior to its expiry, a replacement or substitute letter of credit issued on like terms and conditions. Other Amenities. We ask that DOT consider amenities that could be combined with the APTs to make it as efficient, inclusive and user friendly as possible. We ask DOT to site bicycle racks near the units or work with JCDecaux to modify the units to include racks on the side. Our delivery workers and other cyclists often need to look out for each other’s bicycles because racks are not sited adjacent to this amenity. We also need changing tables for families with children and ask that the units be designed to include them.
Other AmenitiesLandlord shall also provide passenger elevator service and public restroom facilities in the Building. In addition, Landlord will, on a one-time basis, provide Building-standard signage on the Building’s Main Lobby Directory and respective Floor Lobby Directory. Landlord shall arrange for Building-standard signage, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for the primary entrance to the Premises.
