Rule 18f-3 Plan definition

Rule 18f-3 Plan means the plan approved by the Directors and as amended from time to time, in accordance with Rule 18f-3 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, pursuant to which the Fund may issue multiple classes of shares with varying front-end sales charges, contingent deferred sales charges, distribution fees and service fees.
