Sales Forecast definition

Sales Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.3.
Sales Forecast means the estimate of number of units of the Product anticipated to be sold in any period.
Sales Forecast means the forecast of prescription volumes for Lansoprazole (but not the Licensed Product) in the Territory, as agreed upon by the Parties or, in the event they cannot agree, prepared by an independent Third Party auditor acceptable to both Parties. The Sales Forecast shall be prepared prior to or around the date of NDA approval for the first Licensed Product approved. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and solely for the purpose of providing guidance for the foregoing, attached as Exhibit B is TAP's good faith estimate of total prescription volumes of Lansoprazole (but not the Licensed Product) as of the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Sales Forecast

Sales Forecast means the estimated quantity of Products to be sold within a future calendar period. This document includes the number of estimated Products to be sold in each country within a specific time period. This document is created by the Licensee and provided to the Licensor on a quarterly basis.
