Satellite accumulation definition

Satellite accumulation means accumulation of as much as 55 gallons of hazardous waste or one quart of acutely hazardous waste as listed in 335-14-2-.04(4)(e) in containers at or near any point of generation where the wastes initially accumulates, provided the generator complies with 335-14-3-.01(5).

Accumulations in excess of these amounts are subject to the requirements of 40 CFR 262.34(c)(2) and to the marking and labeling requirements of Rule 5.04A.
