Scheduling Party definition

Scheduling Party or “Scheduling Parties” means a Person or Persons identified in Section 11.E who schedules one or more water management operations pursuant to Article Eleven.
Scheduling Party means Seller or any other person delivering LNG to the LNG Terminal pursuant to an LNG Sales Agreement.
Scheduling Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.

Related to Scheduling Party

  • Billing Party means the Party rendering a bill.

Borrower shall be in default if any action or proceeding, whether civil or criminal, is begun that, in Xxxxxx’s judgment, could result in forfeiture of the Property or other material impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instrument. Borrower can cure such a default and, if acceleration has occurred, reinstate as provided in Section 19, by causing the action or proceeding to be dismissed with a ruling that, in Xxxxxx’s judgment, precludes forfeiture of the Property or other material impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property or rights under this Security Instrument. The proceeds of any award or claim for damages that are attributable to the impairment of Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property are hereby assigned and shall be paid to Lender. All Miscellaneous Proceeds that are not applied to restoration or repair of the Property shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2.

  • Defending Party has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2.3.

  • Independent representative means a person who:

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Coordinated Transaction Scheduling or “CTS” shall mean the market rules that allow transactions to be scheduled based on a bidder’s willingness to purchase energy from a source in either the NYISO or PJM Control Area and sell it at a sink in the other Control Area if the forecasted price at the sink minus the forecasted price at the corresponding source is greater than or equal to the dollar value specified in the bid.

  • Prosecuting Party has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(c).

  • Calling Party Number or "CPN" is a Common Channel Signaling (CCS) parameter which refers to the ten digit number transmitted through a network identifying the calling party. Reference CenturyLink Technical Publication 77342.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual who is licensed by the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board pursuant to section 7 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-7) or the department pursuant to section 12 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-12).

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
