This policy has been developed to comply with the provisions of the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Documents (STPCD), Kent Scheme Conditions of Service*, The Education (School Teacher’s Appraisal) (England) Regulations 2012 for Teachers and relevant equalities legislation (Employment Relations Act 1999, the Equality Act 2010, Part Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment Regulations) 2000 and the Fixed Term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment Regulations) 2002).
Pursuant to the terms of the Cooperation Agreement, Bidco undertakes that it will deliver a notice in writing to St. Modwen on the Business Day prior to the Sanction Hearing confirming either: (i) the satisfaction or waiver of the Conditions (other than the Scheme Conditions); or (ii) to the extent permitted by the Panel, that it intends to invoke or treat as unsatisfied or incapable of satisfaction one or more Conditions.
Where a condition is to be specified in a permit the Permit Authority shall use the wording and numbering for that type of condition set out in the Statutory Guidance for Highway Authority Permit Schemes – Permit Scheme Conditions.
