Scheme Terms definition

Scheme Terms means the Scheme Terms dated 9th January 2023 and published by the Secretary of State setting out the terms of the Scheme, as amended with effect from 24 April 2023 and as further amended from time to time;
Scheme Terms means the document dated 24 April 2023 published by ESNZ as the Scheme Terms of the Scheme, as amended and re- published from time to time;
Scheme Terms means the document dated 9th January 2023 published by the Secretary of State as the Scheme Terms of the Scheme, as amended and re-published on 24 April 2023 and as it may be further amended from time to time;
