Scheme Terms definition

Scheme Terms means the Scheme Terms dated 9th January 2023 and published by the Secretary of State setting out the terms of the Scheme, as amended with effect from 24 April 2023 and as further amended from time to time;
Scheme Terms means the document dated 9th January 2023 published by the Secretary of State as the Scheme Terms of the Scheme, as amended and re- published on 24 April 2023 and as it may be further amended from time to time;
Scheme Terms means the document dated 24 April 2023 published by ESNZ as the Scheme Terms of the Scheme, as amended and re-published from time to time;

  • The Company shall be entitled to amend the Scheme Terms and Conditions on giving one month’s notice in writing to all Participants.

  • These Scheme Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of a Participant only and shall not confer any benefits on, or be enforceable by, a third party and the rights and/or benefits a third party may have pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 are excluded to the fullest possible extent.

  • These Scheme Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and each Participant submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts and agrees that nothing shall limit the right of the Company to bring any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Scheme in any other manner permitted by law or in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Amendments to these Scheme Terms and Conditions which are of a formal, minor or technical nature or made to correct a manifest error and which do not adversely affect the interests of Participants may also be effected without notice.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to familiarise him/herself with the Scheme Terms and Conditions, the Specification and any amendments thereof and with the consequences for breaches of the Scheme.

  • Where the application is made in more than one name, each person named will be jointly and severally responsible for delivery of the commitments entered into and be jointly and severally subject to all Scheme Terms and Conditions.

  • The DPS may determine in its absolute discretion whether a Party has complied with these Insured Scheme Terms and Conditions.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to familiarise himself/herself with the Scheme Terms and Conditions and with the consequences for breaches of the Scheme.

  • No such person receiving a copy of the Scheme Terms and Conditions or any other Scheme related documents may treat them as offering such a right unless an offer could properly be made to such person.

  • Where the application is made in more than one name, each person named will be jointly and severally responsible for delivery of the commitments entered into and be jointly and severally subject to all Scheme Terms & Conditions.Where the application is made in more than one name, the applicants must have a single herd number and declare all their lands on IACS under this herd number.

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Scheme of Delegation means an instrument by the Directors delegating such powers and responsibilities of the Directors as may be appropriate for them to delegate to the Local Governing Bodies consistently with the Objects;

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”
