Examples of Scheme Voting Record Time in a sentence
At the Court Meeting, voting will be by poll (and not a show of hands) and each Scheme Shareholder present, in person or by proxy, will be entitled to one vote for each Scheme Share held as at the Scheme Voting Record Time.
If the Jersey Court Meeting is adjourned, the Scheme Voting Record Time for the adjourned meeting will be 48 hours prior to the time set for such adjourned meeting.
