School Bus Operator definition

School Bus Operator means and includes every natural person, firm, copartnership, association, or corporation, binding itself into contract with the County to furnish transportation of school children to or from school as provided by section 296-47,* Hawai‘i Revised Statutes.
School Bus Operator. Means an employee who posts or isassigned to a regular school route for a period of one (1) year, and who may perform charters and programs.
School Bus Operator or “Operator” means a school bus operator duly and properly licensed to operate School Buses, providing, under contract with one or more public or private schools with programs recognized by the Ministry of Education in Ontario, regular home to school student transportation.

  • In consideration of the Parent paying the applicable bus fare in such manner and at such time as may be agreed between the School Bus Operator and that Parent, the School Bus Operator agrees to provide the Services in accordance with this Parent Agreement and the Main Agreement.
