Scope of Services or Services definition

Scope of Services or Services means a comprehensive description of the activities, tasks, design features, objectives, deliverables and milestones required for the completion of Project or an assignment with sufficient detail to allow a reasonably accurate estimation of resources necessary for its completion. Sub-consultant means a person or organization of properly registered professional architects, engineers, registered surveyor or mapper, and/or other professional specialty that has entered into a written agreement with the Consultant to furnish specified professional services for a Project or task.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;
