Scopes of Work definition

Scopes of Work means individually the Station SOW, Parking SOW, and Brokerage Services SOW and collectively all three Scopes of Work.
Scopes of Work means scopes of work attached hereto as Schedules I through V, which shall be supplemented from time to time as provided therein, and shall otherwise be revised by mutual agreement between OMB and Subrecipient from time to time, as required, to provide additional details for each phase of implementation of each Program.”
Scopes of Work means the work provided by ABAC CENTER OF EXCELLENCE LIMITED under a Schedule of Services. VAT: value-added tax chargeable under the Value Added Tax Act (per the relevant jurisdiction).

  • TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE to this Agreement in connection with the delivery of the products or services or both (“Products and Services”) described in the Scopes of Work attached and incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

  • Contractor agrees to, upon written request, permit DTS, or a third party designated by DTS, to perform an assessment, audit, examination, or review of all of Contractor’s sites and environments - including physical, technical, and virtual sites and environments - in order to confirm Contractor’s compliance with this Contract; associated Scopes of Work; and applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Subrecipient shall perform the Scopes of Work detailed using individually certified Project Plans contained in NOVA (▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).

  • Contractor agrees to, upon written request, permit Division, or a third party designated by the Division, to perform an assessment, audit, examination, or review of all of Contractor’s sites and environments - including physical, technical, and virtual sites and environments - in order to confirm Contractor’s compliance with this Contract; associated Scopes of Work; and applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • If any change using unit prices, in whole or in part, involves labor not associated with work addressed in the Table of Unit Prices for Defined Scopes of Work in Section 3.1, the following hourly labor rates shall be used as the unit pricing of labor.

  • The work of this Contract will be set forth in the Detailed Scopes of Work referenced in the individual Job Orders.
