Scrutiny Fee definition

Scrutiny Fee means fee to be determined and levied as per the provision of the G.D.A. Act 2003, as amended from time to time.

Scrutiny Fee means a fee to be determined and levied in pursuance of provisions of these regulations by Authority.

Scrutiny Fee means a fee to be determined and levied by the Board as amended from time to time while submission of proposed / Revision / Addition / Alteration / Amendment / Regularization Plan.
