SEBI Guidelines definition

SEBI Guidelines means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended and includes all regulations and clarifications issued there under.
SEBI Guidelines means the Securities Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999 issued by the Securities Exchange Board of India under the Securities Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and shall include any alterations, amendments, additions, deletions, modifications, or variations thereof from time to time.
SEBI Guidelines means the rules and regulation by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, as applicable to the Company from time to time.

  • Further, a Party shall not make any announcements to the public or to any third party regarding the arrangements contemplated by this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company and KAS, provided that none of the aforesaid Parties shall be liable for making such announcements if the same are made in the course of business and/or as required to be disclosed by law or regulation (including SEBI Guidelines) or pursuant to the legal process.
