Further, a Party shall not make any announcements to the public or to any third party regarding the arrangements contemplated by this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company and KAS, provided that none of the aforesaid Parties shall be liable for making such announcements if the same are made in the course of business and/or as required to be disclosed by law or regulation (including SEBI Guidelines) or pursuant to the legal process.
