Section 7A Functions definition

Section 7A Functions means those functions of NHS England exercised pursuant to section 7A of the NHS Act and relating to Primary Care Services; Section 7A Funds shall have the meaning in clause 9.19.1;

Examples of Section 7A Functions in a sentence

  • NHS England retains the Section 7A Functions and will be responsible for taking decisions in relation to the Section 7A Functions.

  • In accordance with Schedule 10 Part 2, the ICB will provide certain management and/or administrative services to NHS England in relation to the Section 7A Functions.
