Section P. The Employer shall assign the number of hours of work and the work load to bargaining unit members in accordance with Article XXI and Appendix C.

Section P. Status Quo Upon Expiration of the Agreement If in the event the contract expires and neither a new contract has been ratified nor the old contract renewed or rolled over, each teacher shall remain on the salary schedule and receive the benefits under the expired contract. Only upon renewal or ratification of a new contract shall the teachers advance on the salary schedule or receive any other additional benefits.

  • Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.

  • Section 415 Compensation means:

  • Annual summative evaluation rating means an annual evaluation rating that is based on appraisals of educator practice and student performance, and includes all measures captured in a teacher’s evaluation rubric. The four summative performance categories are ineffective, partially effective, effective, and highly effective.

  • Continuing Obligations means obligations or responsibilities that are reasonably expected to or actually continue or arise after Operations on a particular area of the Properties have ceased or are suspended, such as future monitoring, stabilization, or Environmental Compliance.
