Segment B definition

Segment B means the portion of the System containing the Shar Fu Cable Station and the four fiber pair facility from and including Branching Unit 0 xx Xxxx Xx, Xxxxxx xxx landing in Shar Fu in a location capable of interconnecting with major telecommunications carriers.
