Selected Area definition

Selected Area means any marginal area with population of less than 100,000 inhabitants within the Borrower’s territory.
Selected Area shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 4.3.1.
Selected Area means any of the Selected Areas.

  • The Recipient shall: (i) develop a tariff structure for provision of sanitation services in each Selected Area; and (ii) upon completion of the construction of the sanitation infrastructures under Part 2.1.2 of the Project in the respective Selected Area, adopt the said structure to ensure the sustainability of sanitation services.

Selected Area means the neighborhood known as “Xxxxxx 32” in Port-au- Prince, and any other neighborhoods which may be selected by the Recipient during Project implementation and acceptable to the Association.
