Seller Data means all data, information or database of data or information, in any format or medium, including confidential information, personal information, customer and product data and financial data, in the possession, custody or control of any Seller, or otherwise held or subject to processing on a Seller’s behalf or in the conduct of the Business, or otherwise necessary for the conduct of the Business.
Seller Data means (i) any piece of information that allows the identification of a natural person or any other personally identifiable data or sensitive data as defined under applicable Laws, and (ii) any data or information collected by or on behalf of any Company Seller with respect to any customer of any Company Seller and/or user of any Company Seller’s websites.
Seller Data means any Personal Information or Confidential Information in Seller’s possession, custody, control, including any information processed by Seller IT Asset.
Examples of Seller Data in a sentence
Seller has established and is in compliance with a written information security program covering Seller that (i) includes safeguards for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of transactions and confidential or proprietary Seller Data; and (ii) is designed to protect against unauthorized use, access, interruption, modification or corruption of the Seller IT Systems, Seller Data, and the systems of any Third Party service providers that have access to Seller Data or Seller IT Systems.
More Definitions of Seller Data
Seller Data means (i) all data and content uploaded or otherwise provided to the Seller by or for customers or users (or any of their respective customers or users) of Seller Products to, or stored by the Seller for customers or users (or any of their respective customers or users) of Seller Products; (ii) all data and content created, compiled, aggregated, inferred, derived, transmitted, intercepted, or otherwise collected or obtained by or for Seller in connection with the development, provision, or operation of Seller Products or Seller Owned Intellectual Property; and (iii) data and content compiled, aggregated, inferred, or derived directly or indirectly by Seller from the foregoing.
Seller Data as defined in Section 3.26.

Seller Data means information collected by Seller from and about Buyer and end consumers when they use Services and/or other services offered by Seller. “Seller Content” means (i) URLs, domain names, on-screen layouts, keywords, links, pointers and other navigational elements, product/service categories and descriptions, editorial copy, text, photos, graphics, images, artwork, videos, audio content, advertisements and promotions, manuals and other documents, reports and analyses, artistic designs, textual materials and articles, and other tangible, visual or audible works of any nature, (ii) technology, HTML formatting code, source and object code, programming code and software, and data, and (iii) any modifications, extensions, updates and replacements of (i) or (ii), all of which are created by or on behalf of, owned, controlled or provided by, or licensed (other than by Buyer) to, Seller. “Seller Marks” means trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, and other similar indicia of origin owned or controlled by, or licensed (other than Buyer Marks (as defined in subsection d below)) to Seller and the goodwill associated therewith. Any and all suggestions for correction, improvements and modifications to Services and other feedback (including any written or oral statement containing praise, gratitude or criticism that Buyer authorizes Seller to quote in Seller’s marketing collateral), and information and reports provided to Seller by Buyer, are and remain the property of Seller. By giving suggestions or feedback, Buyer does not earn any right, title or interest in Services, Seller’s Intellectual Property, or such feedback.
