Seller Panel definition

Seller Panel means a web page / account on the Platform provided by Letmegrab to the Seller with a unique login id and password to update the order status, price and inventory of the Products on the Platform.

Examples of Seller Panel in a sentence

  • Seller shall upload the Product listings for the sale of the Products in the appropriate category, through the Seller Panel.

  • Orders placed by the Buyer will be forwarded to Seller/reflected in the Seller Panel.

  • Seller shall be responsible to update the Seller Panel to reflect this development.

  • The amount of variable consideration to be included in the transaction price is only that to which it is highly probable that a significant reversal of cumulative revenue recognized to date will not occur.

  • Seller will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Seller Panel and the information provided therein, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under Seller's Seller Panel.

  • Seller shall be responsible for ensuring that the Seller Panel is updated and reflects the real-time availability / non- availability of the Products listed on the Platform.

Seller Panel means a uniform resource locator (URL) provided by One Buzz Seller with a unique login and password to update the order status, price and inventory on the same. ORDER MANAGEMENT • One Buzz reserves the right to select the products to be displayed on its website. One Buzz also reserves the right to determine the Sellers who may sell on the website. • One Buzz shall receive orders for the products displayed / distributed on behalf of Seller only in the capacity of the entity that provides an access to Website, marketing and distribution channel to the Seller. In the event payments are collected by One Buzz on behalf of the Seller, in the mode/ s as conveyed to the Buyers, the same will be collected while acting as an agent of the Seller with the sole intent of facilitating the transaction of the Seller. • One Buzz shall provide the necessary backend infrastructure, like call centre, order management system, etc. for capturing the Buyer/ order details placed on the Sellers. Orders placed by Buyer will be forwarded to the Seller for packaging and dispatch of product to the end buyers. One Buzz will separately inform the Seller regarding the modalities involved accessing the Orders of Buyers, by way of direct access through a Seller Panel and packaging guidelines shall be shared through email. Seller shall provide content and images of its products to be displayed at Website. Seller will update the dispatch details on the Seller Panel provided by One Buzz any other mode as may be notified by One Buzz from time to time. • On receipt of the Order, Seller will make the products ready for dispatch along with corresponding invoices in favour of buyer within 2 (two) working days. In case of delay One Buzz will be immediately informed by Xxxxxx, along with the expected time of dispatch, so that the Buyer may be appropriately informed. In case Seller fails to make the product ready for dispatch, Buyer within the period as stipulated above, One Buzz will be nonetheless be entitled to the marketing fee , payment collection charges ( if applicable any ) , taxes ( if applicable any ) on the product as agreed in this Agreement. However, Xxxxxx agrees to package and dispatch the product strictly as per the mandate and / or any guidelines given by One Buzz from time to time. Seller also undertakes that it shall not promote its products, services, offers. Packages, etc. to the Buyer directly indirectly and / or through email, sms or any other electronic or physical mode.

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Xxxxxx'x facilities to furnish the reqUirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered Included in Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • BIDDER/Seller which expression shall mean and include, unless the context otherwise requires, his successors and permitted assigns) of the second part.

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.

  • Buyer’s Representatives means Buyer, any direct or indirect owner of any beneficial interest in Buyer, and any officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and attorneys of Buyer or any such direct or indirect owner of any beneficial interest in Buyer.

  • Buyer Party means each of (i) the Buyer and (ii) each Affiliate of the Buyer that is a party to a Transaction Agreement.
