Senior Creditor Collateral definition

Senior Creditor Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Obligor, whether real, personal. mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted as security for any Senior Indebtedness.
Senior Creditor Collateral means all property of the Credit Party, now owned or hereafter acquired, in which any Senior Creditor Lien is granted pursuant to the Senior Debt Documents, and all proceeds thereof
