Senior Investment Management Fee definition

Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager in arrear on each Payment Date in respect of each Due Period pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement in an amount, as determined by the Collateral Administrator, equal to 0.15 per cent. per annum (calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as at the beginning of the Due Period immediately preceding such Payment Date.
Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager in arrear on each Payment Date in respect of the immediately preceding Due Period, pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement in an amount, as determined by the Collateral Administrator, equal to 0.20% per annum (calculated semi-annually on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Average Aggregate Collateral Balance in such Due Period immediately preceding such Payment Date and if deferred in accordance with the Priorities of Payment (other than by reason of the limitation of the amount payable pursuant to the Senior Investment Management Fee Cap), interest shall accrue at the rate of EURIBOR plus 3% per annum and shall be payable pro-rata to the Investment Manager and any former investment managers by reference to the period of time that such entity was the “Investment Manager”.
Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager on each Payment Date (subject to availability of funds and to the Priorities of Payment) in an amount equal to0.10 per cent. per annum of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the immediately preceding Determination Date, payable before any interest payments on the Notes. This fee will be calculated on the basis of a calendar year consisting of 360 days and the actual number of days elapsed, and shall be payable exclusive of value added tax.

Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager in arrear on each Payment Date in respect of each Due Period pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement in an amount, as determined by the Collateral Administrator, equal to (i) 0.04 per cent. per annum with respect to Payment Dates occurring during the Reinvestment Period and (ii) 0.10 per cent. per annum with respect to Payment Dates occurring after the Reinvestment Period (in each case calculated quarterly on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as at the first Business Day of the Due Period immediately preceding such Payment Date.
Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee of such name payable to the Investment Manager on each Payment Date pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement, equal to 0.05 per cent. per annum of the Aggregate Collateral Balance on the first Business Day of the Due Period preceding such Payment Date and calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and actual days elapsed, plus any VAT, whether payable to the Investment Manager or directly to the relevant taxing authority, payable thereon, and any Senior Investment Management Fee not paid on a Payment Date (together with interest thereon in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement) shall be included in the Senior Investment Management Fee payable on the next occurring Payment Date.
Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager in arrear on each Payment Date in respect of the immediately preceding Due Period pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement (which may be waived or deferred at the Investment Manager's discretion) in an amount, as determined by the Collateral Administrator, equal to0.15 per cent. per annum (calculated on each Determination Date on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Average Aggregate Principal Balance (where for such purpose the Aggregate Principal Balance shall be determined with respect to the EOS Portfolio only).
Senior Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager on each Payment Date pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement, equal to 0.15 per cent. per annum of the Average Aggregate Principal Balance as at the last day of each month in the Due Period preceding such Payment Date plus any amount of value added tax (if applicable) payable thereon.
