Senior Management Officers means, with respect to the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, any Director, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Executive Vice President, any Senior Vice President and any other officer or employee designated by the Board from time to time as an "executive officer" pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
