Sensitive land uses definition

Sensitive land uses means those land uses which are particularly sensitive to the secondary effects of adult use businesses. Sensitive land uses include the following:
Sensitive land uses means residences and residential facilities, parks, schools (K- 12), and hospitals.
Sensitive land uses means a building, structure or land for the purpose of Residential Uses, Institutional Uses, Public Uses for religious, educational, and recreational and outdoor/open space uses, and any other outdoor places of amusement or outdoor patio.

Sensitive land uses means residences and residential neighborhoods, child day care facilities, cemeteries, religious institutions, schools, boys' clubs, girls' clubs, or similar existing youth organizations, or public parks, or any public building regularly frequented by children.
