Series 2017 Project definition

Series 2017 Project means the capital improvements described in Exhibit B attached hereto, including the payments of the costs of issuing the Series 2017 Bonds.
Series 2017 Project means the projects to be financed with the Series 2017 Bonds, as described in the Tax Certificate.
Series 2017 Project means the acquisition, construction, renovation, improvement and equipping of parks and recreation facilities, and related improvements.

Examples of Series 2017 Project in a sentence

  • There is hereby established with the Trustee within the Construction Fund an account designated “Metropolitan Sewerage District of Buncombe County Sewerage System Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 Project Account”, which account constitutes an Additional Project Account within the meaning of the Order.

  • Amounts in the Series 2017 Project Fund shall be disbursed by the Trustee upon written requisition executed by an Authorized Authority Representative.

  • Money held for the credit of the Series 2017 Project Account and subaccounts in the Bond Fund established by this Series Resolution shall be continuously invested and reinvested by the Trustee at the written direction of the District in Investment Obligations to the extent practicable.

  • A separate fund to be held by the Trustee is hereby created to be designated the “San Francisco County Transportation Authority Senior Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2017 Project Fund” (the “Series 2017 Project Fund”) is hereby established, which shall be held by the Trustee as provided in the Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture, [and all moneys and securities in such fund shall be pledged to secure the Series 2017 Bonds until expended in accordance with the provisions of this Section 6.04].

  • On the delivery date of the Series 2017 Bonds, the District shall cause to be deposited with the Trustee, from the proceeds of the Series 2017 Bonds, to the credit of the Series 2017 Project Account in the Construction Fund, such amount as is required by Section 4(c) of this Series Resolution.

  • Absent written instructions from the District, the Trustee shall not invest any money held for the credit of the Series 2017 Project Account and the subaccounts in the Bond Fund established by this Series Resolution.

  • Contemporaneously with the issuance of the Series 2017 Bonds, the Trustee shall transfer the proceeds of the good faith check for the Series 2017 Bonds in the amount of $[______] from the Series 2015B Project Account to the Series 2017 Project Account.


More Definitions of Series 2017 Project

Series 2017 Project means the portion of the Project located in the Series 2017 Counties.
Series 2017 Project means the projects to be financed with the Series 2017 Bonds, asdescribed in the Tax Certificate.
Series 2017 Project means certain capital equipment and improvements for the Issuer, all as more particularly described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto, as the same may be supplemented from time to time.

Related to Series 2017 Project

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Collateral Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Collateral Interest after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Collateral Monthly Interest means the monthly interest distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.06(c).

  • Collateral Senior Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan, and (y) the sum of:

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2018-2 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2018-2 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (ii) Allocable Finance Charge Collections deposited in the Collection Account for the related Due Period, minus (b) the aggregate amount of Servicer Interchange for the related Due Period.

  • Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Notes, interest accrued at the respective Interest Rate during the applicable Interest Period on the principal amount of the Notes of such Class outstanding as of the end of the prior Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Closing Date), calculated (x) for the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2-B Notes on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period and (y) for all other Classes of Notes on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months (without adjustment for the actual number of business days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period), except with respect to the first Interest Period.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.11 are required to fund the Class A Note Interest Requirement, the Class B Note Interest Requirement and the Net Investor Servicing Fee, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2003-1 in accordance with subsection 4.12(b).

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.
