Series C Junior Units definition

Series C Junior Units means Partnership Units representing any class or series of Partnership Interest ranking junior to the Series C Preferred Units as to distributions or rights upon voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding-up of the Partnership, or both, as the context may require.
Series C Junior Units means Common Units and any class or series of Partnership Units hereafter issued and outstanding that are not Series C Senior Units, Series C Preferred Units or Series C Parity Units.
