Service Charge Percentage definition

Service Charge Percentage means that proportion of the Expenditure which the Net Internal Area of the Premises bears to the aggregate of the Net Internal Area of the Lettable Areas (subject to adjustment under this clause);
Service Charge Percentage means the percentage equivalent to the proportion which the Gross Internal Area of the Property bears to the total Gross Internal Area of the Lettable Areas comprised in the Building and the Property together, as such percentage may be varied pursuant to paragraph 3.3 of Part 6 of the Schedule;
