Examples of Service Contract Price in a sentence

  • If You cancel this Service Contract within thirty (30) days of the Service Contract Purchase Date, a 100% refund of the Service Contract Price will be made.

  • We may cancel this Service Contract: • If there has been a material misrepresentation or fraud by You; or • If You do not pay the Service Contract Price.

  • Cancellation By Us - We may cancel this Service Contract: • In the event of fraud; • In the event of material misrepresentation; or • If You do not pay the Service Contract Price.

  • If You cancel this Service Contract within the first thirty (30) days of the Service Contract Purchase Date, and no claims have been filed, You will receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of the Service Contract Price.

  • If You cancel this Service Contract, You will receive 100% of the unearned pro-rata Service Contract Price.

  • If We cancel this Service Contract after sixty (60) days, We will refund an amount of the Service Contract Price according to the pro-rata method reflecting the greater of the days in force or the miles driven based on the term/miles selected and the date Coverage begins.

Related to Service Contract Price
