• If You cancel this Service Contract within 60 days of the Service Contract Purchase Date, a 100% refund of the Service Contract Price will be made less any claims paid on the Service Contract.

• The written complaint must contain a description of the dispute, the Service Contract Price, the cost of repair of the Vehicle and a copy of this Service Contract.
